Based in Midtown West, the Ryan/Chelsea-Clinton Community Health Center supports culturally diverse communities most in need of medical assistance. Located at 645 Tenth Avenue (between 45th and 46th streets), Ryan/Chelsea-Clinton is open on weekdays from 8:30am and Saturdays, 10:00am-2:00pm. For specific closing times, please refer to the Contact section of the website.
