Confidential HIV Counseling and Testing

A rapid HIV test is a quick and painless procedure. Patients can choose either an oral or finger stick test; both tests produce results in just 20 minutes. Prevention Education and Outreach Program

Knowledge about HIV can help you make more informed choices. Our outreach team provides rapid HIV testing, male and female condoms, education about HIV/AIDS, and other sexually transmitted diseases. For information, call:

HIV Care Integrated with Primary Health Care

To save you time, and to ensure the best care, you receive ALL of your primary medical needs from one practitioner. We also provide an inclusive on-site medical staff in pediatrics, women's health, dental, optometry, nutrition, urgent care, radiology and many other sub-specialties. To make an appointment, call:

Harm Reduction Services

Harm Reduction offers coping skills and risk reduction strategies to those who want to live a healthier lifestyle. Ryan provides support groups as well as individual counseling, drop-in support and substance use treatment referrals.

Case Management

Our case managers are experienced, knowledgeable, and caring individuals who provide counseling, support, advocacy, and education. If you are having difficulty arranging medical, financial, housing, or legal services, you can rely on our case managers for help.

Maintenance in Care

When you are in need of a little extra support, we help you stay connected to care. Experienced staff provide home visits, escorts to medical appointments, and health education on treatment regimes.

Mental Health Counseling

S.H.O.U.T Medical Mobile Van

Ryan Center's Special Health Outreach to Urban Teens (S.H.O.U.T) mobile medical van provides HIV positive teens as well as at-risk adolescents with access to free primary and preventive health services. Services include medical exams; pregnancy tests, STD screening and mental health counseling and referrals.

Family Centered Care

This Program is designed to coordinate comprehensive medical services directly to the family member who is HIV+ and facilitates a full range of services to the family members who are not infected, but live within the household.

Women in Care

This Program is designed to engage HIV-Positive Women in on-going comprehensive care while assisting them in maintaining their connection to care. The Women In Care Program also provides HIV-Positive women with supportive services, crisis intervention, housing and drug treatment referrals, health education and support groups.
