Planning and Reproductive Health Care
Whether
you want to limit the size of your family, or plan how far apart
your children will be born, Ryan
will provide you with the information you need to maintain good
reproductive health. Ryan
also provides you with pregnancy testing and clinical exams to
confirm pregnancy.
Gynecology
Services
Yearly
exams, routine PAP tests, and breast examinations are very important
to assure your good health. Ryan
practitioners also perform GYN surgeries for
Ryan patients at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center
(SLRHC), Roosevelt site.
Prenatal
and Obstetrical Care
Your
baby’s health care starts before birth.
Early and regular check-ups are as important for your baby’s
health as they are for you. Ryan’s
Prenatal Program will provide you and your baby with the care
of an Obstetrician or Nurse-Midwife, as well as childbirth classes,
nutritional counseling,
HIV testing, and other services.
Ryan
patients deliver their babies at SLRHC (Roosevelt site.)
You will be attended by a trusted
Ryan
Obstetrician or Nurse Midwife.
Ryan
is
also a Prenatal Care Assistance
Program (PCAP) provider. If
you have no insurance, Ryan
staff can assist you in applying for this Program and/or other financial
aid programs.
