Special Health Outreach to Urban Teens (S.H.O.U.T.) provides access to primary and preventive health care services to at-risk and HIV-infected adolescents. S.H.O.U.T. works in conjunction with the Ryan Center's HIV Services Department offering HIV Prevention Education and Outreach, Mental Health Counseling and Substance Abuse Counseling and Primary Care to patients 13 to 24. The S.H.O.U.T. Mobile Medical Van provides services on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, Harlem, Central Park West, Manhattan Valley, Chelsea Piers and Washington Heights on a scheduled basis.
